👋 Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Deekshita.
After years building and scaling teams at both fast-growing startups and large enterprise companies, I saw firsthand how many emerging leaders were promoted without real support. I’ve led 0→1 product development, driven complex cross-functional initiatives, and mentored engineers into leadership roles—whether navigating startup chaos or enterprise scale
But what I’ve always cared about most is helping people feel safe, seen, and empowered to lead with confidence.
I started Value Creation Labs to be the resource I wish I had earlier in my career: a space for thoughtful, ambitious leaders to grow with clarity, trust, and purpose.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me recharging through yoga, strength training, or chanting with my Buddhist circle. I’m deeply rooted in community—especially with other working moms—and often geeking out about leadership frameworks, writing poems, or chasing after my energetic kiddo.
For me, poetry and leadership have something in common: they both ask us to pay attention, to hold complexity with care, and to speak from the heart.
